FROM THE CEO
My family is very inspiring to me. I am very thankful that my parents brought me into this world. Growing up my parents always showed me how exactly things work in life. One of the hardest things that I had to accept was that I could not have everything I wanted but I was always taught to be thankful of the things that I had and to not be so Selfish.
My family is very inspiring because they show me all aspects on how I should live my life through their experiences like education, parenting, work ethic and most especially caring for the less priviledge.
Taking care of old age persons in aspect of health, wellbeing and support, empowerment, feeding old people was my father dream but he never lived to fulfill this dream because he does not have the resources in actualizing this dream.
My exposure to the European countries where taking care of the old age people is the priority of both individuals and the government. Such humanitarian service is what we should also encourage in our country Nigeria so as to bring out the old people out of dipression and give them sense of belongings
It is a moral duty of us to take care of the elderly. Being a responsible person we should know how to take care of old people. Our parents or elders sacrifice their golden days with a smiling face in shaping our life. During their old days, they also want support, love, and care from us. So we need to provide assistance to them during their old days. But unfortunately, today’s youths are seen ignoring their moral duties. Some youths consider their parents a burden for them at their old days and prefer to keep them in old age homes. This is very unfortunate. One day when they will get old, they will understand the importance of elderly care.
